Prepaid orders must be in guaranteed funds e.g. money order
Maestro Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Switch are accepted.
Visa and Mastercard accepted also. Credit cards charge 2.5%
A Company cheque is accepted only 10 days prior to delivery and with approved credit information on file.
Returned payments will be charged at £25.00 and charged to credit card on file.

Processing Orders
We process orders as we receive them. All orders must be backed up by confirmation order form filled out. Download order form and email or fax back to us.

Theme Chairs must agree to a cancellation request, which will be confirmed by email or fax. If an order has been processed it may not be cancelled. We may request a copy of proof of cancellation.

Changes to orders, made 1 hour after confirmation, must be approved by Theme Chairs, and any additions may be sent separately.

We cannot accept changes or cancellations to next day orders or custom items that are not on price list.

There is a fixed £30.00 non refundable charge for custom banquet chair covers or non standard, unusual shaped cloths or items requiring a new template.

Sizes for products are cut sizes. Finished products may be slightly smaller.

Patterns are not automatically matched on cloths unless requested and are charged additional.

All skirting must be ordered per 2 skirts in same size, pattern and colour (standard height 30”)

Theme Chair Company is not responsible for late deliveries due to courier, and unforeseen circumstances.

Theme Chair Company is not responsible for colour variations due to dye batch differences.

Other information
We will make and hold templates for you . For a one time fixed charge of £25.00 we will make a special template that you request and keep it labeled and available for further orders.

Repairs
Jan –March is our repair time when we can cut down old cloths and make napkins.

Labels
Customised labels we can have a customised label made and sewn into your linens
Add 50p per item includes the labels.

If you have the fabric we can make the linens. If you have a fabric that you love and would like it made into cloths or covers etc just ask.

Sourcing
If there is a fabric you are unable to find, we can source it for you through our extensive range of suppliers.
